Their goal is to allow individuals to share the unique stories behind their vehicle plates. Whether ordered online, over the phone, or in-person at their retail outlet in South Brisbane, PPQ aims to provide a seamless and personalised experience.
Scenario
While PPQ experienced a surge in mobile traffic over the years, the conversion ratio didn't reflect the same positive trend. Recognising the need to pinpoint and address user friction points during the purchase process, PPQ sought to enhance their mobile user experience.
Solution Delivered
